Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States and the European Union. All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx express service. The carrier is selected based on availability and your destination.

We offer one shipping method: express delivery. There are no other shipping options available at this time.
Handling Time

Handling time is the time needed to prepare and pack your order before it is handed to the carrier. Custom and made-to-order items require additional production time, which is why the handling window is longer. You will be notified by email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your exact location, customs processing (for EU orders), and carrier conditions. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Order Tracking
Every order includes full tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package once it leaves our facility.
Duties, Taxes, and Customs (EU Orders)
Orders shipped to the European Union may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order. If you refuse delivery due to unexpected customs fees, return shipping costs and any duties already paid will be deducted from your refund.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged packages).
- For damaged items, please include photos of the packaging and the product.
- We will file a claim with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. If tracking confirms delivery but you did not receive the package, we will work with the carrier to investigate but cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not currently ship to addresses outside the United States and the European Union. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. If your address falls outside our supported destinations, the order will not be processed.
