You can place a custom order directly through our website by selecting a product and choosing your embroidery options at checkout. For larger or corporate orders, reach out to us at hello@terralina.co and we'll guide you through the process.
Yes. For bulk and corporate orders, we provide a digital mockup of your embroidery design before production begins. This way you can confirm fonts, placement, and thread colors before we start.
There is no minimum order for individual personalized items — you can order a single towel with custom embroidery. For corporate and bulk orders, we recommend a minimum of 10 units to get the best pricing.
Personalized orders typically take 3–5 business days to embroider and prepare for shipping. Larger bulk orders may require additional time depending on the quantity and complexity of the design.
We offer name and monogram embroidery on all our towels, as well as custom logo embroidery for corporate clients. You can choose from a selection of fonts, thread colors, and placement options to create a truly personalized piece.

Standard orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days. Personalized items require additional production time of 3–5 business days before shipping. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Products & Care

A peshtemal is a traditional Turkish flat-weave towel made from premium long-staple cotton. Unlike thick terry towels, peshtemals are lightweight, quick-drying, and highly absorbent. They're versatile enough to use as bath towels, beach wraps, blankets, or even table runners.
Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold or warm water. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, as they can damage the natural cotton fibers. Tumble dry on low or hang dry. Your towel will actually become softer and more absorbent with each wash.
Our towels come in a range of sizes depending on the collection. Most of our peshtemal towels measure approximately 100 x 180 cm (40 x 70 inches), which is generous enough for the beach, bath, or as a wrap. Check each product page for exact dimensions.
Absolutely. Our Turkish cotton towels are designed to get softer and more absorbent with every wash. This is one of the key advantages of genuine long-staple Turkish cotton — it improves with use rather than breaking down.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for non-personalized items in unused, original condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Please contact us at hello@terralina.co to initiate a return.
Because personalized items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error on our part. We always send a mockup for approval before starting production to ensure everything is exactly as you want it.
Email us at hello@terralina.co with your order number and reason for the return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
